Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use the booking form we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, county, what you need help with, preferred contact method and time, any note, and whether you checked the optional call/text consent box. If you book an employer consultation we also collect your company name, number of employees, your role and your current health benefits. If you request the employer guide we collect the email address you want the link sent to, your name, and, if you choose to give them, a work email, company, number of employees and phone. To keep a record of your request and consent we also log the date and time, your IP address, browser type and the page you used.

This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request and help you with coverage. Your request is emailed to Chuck Huckaby. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number or consent with other agents, call centers or lead buyers.

If you later choose to enroll, insurers and HealthCare.gov handle your application under their own privacy policies.

Calls and texts

We only call or text you using automated technology if you checked the consent box. You can reply STOP to any text or email hello@tnhealthoptions.com to withdraw consent at any time.

Service providers and retention

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes form submissions and delivers them by email. We keep lead records only as long as needed to help you and meet legal record-keeping duties.
